HEAT-, SOUND-, FIREPROOF “IZOVOL®” INSULATING MATERIAL FOR THE “SANDWICH”-PANELS

This warmth-keeping lagging is well-known to be the most complicated one for manufacturing. Far not every producer is capable of fabricating a plate to be actually in compliance with all the necessary demands made for the production of the insulating “sandwich”-panels.

The manufacturers of the “sandwich”-panels (Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia) have estimated the advantages and superiority the characteristics of the high-quality mineral-wool «IZOVOL» plates at their true worth.

The Belgorod Integrated Works of Heat- Insulating Materials “BKTM” is producing the «IZOVOL» plates of various sizes:1200 õ 627(1000,1010) õ 102(122,151) and practically any non-standard sizes thereof depending on the peculiarities of the equipment installed for manufacturing the insulating the “sandwich”-panels.

The plates for manufacturing the insulating the “sandwich”-panels are tested in accord with the CTO standard elaborated by the FGU FCS Federal Agency accounting for three strength indices, all the three characteristics being measured not on the plates but on the lamellas: compression strength, tensile strength, shear strength.

For the «IZOVOL» insulating material of the CC-105 brand, the compression strength is equal to 102.49 kPa, the tensile strength and the shear strength making up 162.20 kPa and more than 70 kPa, correspondingly.

At the initial stage, many producers were placing their orders for the «IZOVOL» insulating material with a density of not less than 120 kg/m3 and in fact were convinced that the result were beyond the boldest expectations substantially; later on, they were ordering the ÑÑ-105 brand kg/m3.

At present, 90% of all the total volume of plates used for the “sandwich”-panels are constituted by the «IZOVOL» ÑÑ-105 brand which totally complies with their characteristics to all the demands required and are surpassing by their physical & mechanical properties, above all, the current specifications significantly.

Today, the “BKTM” is cooperating with many well-known manufacturers of the sandwich”-panels. Proceeding from the peculiarities of the Consumer’s production line, we propose for each of the sandwich”-panel manufacturers, a genuine individual approach.

The use of the high-quality mineral-wool «IZOVOL» plates as a heat-insulating core of the three-layer construction panels will ensure you an increase (the actual mean value: by 70.72% higher, any other conditions being equal!) and stability of the strength characteristics of the wall- and roof- sandwich”-panels being fabricated by you.
